1. Payment
At smarthousedanmark.com you can pay with all Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and Mobilpay,
If you pay with Dankort or other credit cards, the invoice amount will be deducted from your credit card when the goods are dispatched.
If you transfer the money directly to our account in Nordea, 2690 – 5495749098, (with bank transfer) the goods will be ordered when the money has entered our account.
When paying by cheque, we will order the item once we have received the cheque.
If the item cannot be delivered or rejected due to damage, etc., or if you use your right of cancellation, the invoice amount for the item in question will be deposited into your account when ajax-alarm has received your returned items.


2. Prices
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner. (Dk.)
Reservations are made for: price increases, currency changes, force majeure, tax changes, out-of-stock items and printing errors.



3. Freight / Forwarding
The shipping price will be disclosed before you approve your order. The price depends on which goods you order, as the shipping price depends on the weight of the goods. However, islands without a fixed bridge connection will be charged an extra fee. All goods are sent by courier or Post Danmark. With Post Danmark, the item is delivered the day after dispatch. Goods delivered by truck are delivered to the first door on the ground floor.
You also have the option of picking up the item at our address, which is Glatvedvej 22 – 8444 Balle. However, the item must be ordered and paid for in advance. You will then receive an e-mail when the item is ready for collection.


4. Delivery
The delivery time is currently 1 – 5 working days (excl. Sat./Sun. and public holidays)
Shipping by trucker and porter is to the street door at street level. Unfortunately we don't have any
influence on the carrier's route. Delivery time cannot therefore be specified in more detail
than between 0900 – 1600 on a given date.
As a general rule, no shipments are made without a receipt for receipt. Provided
if no one is found at home, the carrier leaves a message. Contact the carrier
and arrange a new exit.
Delivery of goods is deemed to have taken place when the carrier has delivered the goods to the order address and the customer has received the goods. If it is chosen that the goods must be delivered, the customer himself is responsible for the goods as soon as the carrier has delivered the goods to the recipient address


5. Reception
When you have received your goods, you must compare them with the order confirmation. Always check the item/package for transport damage before acknowledging receipt. If there is damage to an item, an objection is made to the transport company on the spot. A consignment note must never be acknowledged without making notes on the consignment note if there is damage to any of the goods. (It is not enough to only check the outside of the box)
Acknowledgment of receipt is the same as saying that the item is in order!

If the product/packaging is damaged, you can either refuse receipt, after which the carrier will take the package back. We must then be contacted. You can also receive the package, but sign the waybill "Received with reservation" and the contents of the package can be checked after the carrier has left. If you only discover the damage after you have opened the package, you must contact the local post office, the carrier or us.
If the package has been sent with Post Danmark, you must contact the local post office if (1) there are missing items in the package (2) the contents are damaged.
It is important that the packaging is preserved for possible later inspection by carrier.
Visible defects or deficiencies must be reported to Smarthousedanmark.com on the day of delivery or the day after at the latest! Inquiries more than 2 days after receipt cannot be processed!

Handy deliveries under 20 kg are made to the specified address, however max. 1st floor or basement. Deliveries over 20 kg or unmanageable deliveries are delivered as close as possible to the delivery address, at ramp or street level.


6. Defective goods
If, contrary to expectations, you have received defective or misdelivered goods at the time of delivery, FM Sikring must be contacted. FM Insurance covers transport costs in connection with wrongly delivered goods when sent via Postdanmark or Fragtmand, with the condition that we are responsible for requisitioning the carrier or sending a paid postal receipt. We will of course exchange and send a new item as soon as we have received the wrongly delivered item, unless otherwise agreed!
To assist our returns department, please place a copy of the order confirmation in the checkout together with the item and a return form


7. Return / Regret
Should you regret your purchase, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We refund the price of the item or exchange it for another item if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The original packaging must also be returned in a condition that makes resale possible, as useful information about the product's use as well as measurements/values, which is necessary information for our other customers, is indicated on the packaging.
Custom-made items (items that are made especially for you) cannot be returned. We send a special order confirmation for these goods where we inform that there is no right of return on the goods. This must be returned signed before the order is started. If you have not received a special order confirmation, the normal 14-day right of return applies.

Goods that are returned UFRANCO or on cash on delivery are refused receipt without prior agreement. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item arrives in perfect condition.
It can take up to 10 working days from when we receive the item back until we return the money.

Remember to save your postal receipt as documentation that you have sent the item.
If an item is returned after the 14 days, without prior agreement, the customer must pay for the package to be returned again. Smarthousedanmark.com is not obliged to take the package back even if we have received the package.


8. Warranty / Right of complaint
All products are subject to a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, unless the manufacturer itself provides an additional warranty on the product. Should the item unexpectedly break during the complaint period, the item must be sent to us and we will repair the item. If the fault is due to operating errors, modifications or gross abuse on the part of the user, the repair will be invoiced to the customer. 24 month right of complaint


9. Ownership
FM Sikring reserves the right of ownership to delivered goods until the entire purchase price has been paid in full.

  

10. Disclaimer and disclaimer 
FM Sikring reserves the right for any fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.

11. Placement of order

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors post comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public along with your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the site, you should refrain from uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website visitors can download and extract all location data from images on the website.
